We’ve made the custom bike order process as simple as possible. We understand the needs of riders, and are committed to providing the best custom titanium bicycles you can get.
First send us an email or call, and we'll send you a PDF form of what we need to get started. For your measurements, we recommend you go to a bicycle fit specialist in order for us to get you riding on the perfect bike for you. He/She will be able to help you fill in the form.
After you send us all the necessary information, we’ll contact you and finalize the order details with you. This is just the start of a conversation between us. Once we've dialed your geometry, a 50% deposit will be needed before draw up the CAD drawings for you to review. Once approved, we're off to the races. (Note that all component orders are due in full prior to order.)
